About Herbert's Horizon of Hope
Our History
Herbert's Horizon of Hope was founded in 2023 as a support for families and community members who are incarcerated or in the reentry process. We believe with support and training recidivism can be reduced. Self esteem and managerial training lead to better employment opportunities and the chance to become the community success.
Our Team
Our team is made up of those family members and friends who have walked the walk of mental health and are willing to help others see their strengths and ability to move forward through successes and training.
We do not pretend to be more than a support group with resources we can access to the good of all
